For example, on the Help menu in Control Builder shown in the following figure, you can click Knowledge Builder to open the Knowledge Builder with its default Contents tab active; or click Knowledge Builder Search to open Knowledge Builder with its Search tab active.

Example of calling Knowledge Builder content from external applications

External applications may also request access to user information content, normally hosted within the Knowledge Builder, for display in their own interface. For example, on the Hardware View of the Honeywell Assetmax Alert Manager Application shown in the Figure below, clicking on the Knowledge Builder child node of the CIOMA_DI_3 hardware node displays the Knowledge Builder's QuickNav page for that device.
